Clean2Clean Ltd Booking Hours, Cancellation Policy, Discounts and Cleaning Certificate Terms

Clean2Clean Ltd provides professional cleaning services across Coventry, Birmingham, Manchester and surrounding areas. This guide explains our opening hours, regular domestic cleaning cancellation policy, current discount terms, minimum booking times and digital cleaning certificate conditions.

Opening hours

Clean2Clean Ltd is available Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday from 9:00am to 4:00pm. There is no Sunday service. For a cleaning quote or booking request, call 07575326230 or WhatsApp https://wa.me/447575326230 during opening hours.

Regular domestic cleaning cancellation policy

For regular domestic cleaning, customers may cancel or adjust the time of a cleaning visit by giving at least 48 hours' advance notice.

If a customer cancels or changes the date or time less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, the full price of the cleaning visit may be charged. A £5.00 fee may also be added to the bill for date or time changes made less than 24 hours before the cleaning visit.

The full service price may also be charged if cleaners are unable to access the property because they are turned away, no one is home, keys do not work, or there is a key/access problem. If keys are provided, they must open the lock without special effort or skill.

If regular cleaning is terminated without notice, the full service price may be charged as a cancellation fee. Regular domestic cleaning contracts may be terminated by giving 28 days' written notice and at least 4 cleaning visits' notice, specifying the final cleaning date and the reason for termination. Without notice, the client may cancel by paying a £40.00 cancellation fee.

Discounts for customers

Current Clean2Clean customers can receive a 10% discount when they leave a review for the service they received. New customers may receive a 5% discount depending on the cleaning service and only when the discount is approved by the company. Discounts are subject to approval and may vary by service.

Minimum booking time

The minimum booking time is 2 hours for regular domestic cleaning and regular office cleaning. For one-off cleaning, the minimum booking time is usually 3 hours, depending on the size of the property and the level of cleaning required.

Digital cleaning certificate terms

A digital cleaning certificate is optional and is issued as a benefit for good customers who need evidence of professional cleaning, including before-and-after cleaning video where available. The certificate is free when the customer has left a 5-star review. If no review is left, the certificate fee is £25.

The certificate is not mandatory and does not create an obligation for Clean2Clean Ltd if a landlord or letting agency does not approve the property. Approval by a landlord or agency is outside the company's control and is not part of the cleaning agreement.

Every customer must inspect and check the property while the cleaners are still on site and sign to confirm that the cleaning has been accepted without reservation. If you need a digital certificate, tell Clean2Clean before or during the booking process.
